1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom or made-to-order jewellery may take 5–7 business days to prepare before dispatch.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown during checkout.
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a 10% advance payment + shipping charge is required to confirm your order.
  • This advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation or non-acceptance of delivery.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

Courier Partners

We ship through trusted logistics partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, XpressBees, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery of your jewellery.

2. Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for Prepaid Orders.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds for Prepaid Orders

  • In case of an approved return, 10% of the order amount + shipping charge will be deducted.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Orders

  • COD Orders: The 10% advance payment + shipping charge is non-refundable.
  • Damaged, used, or worn jewellery will not be accepted for return.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please share unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
