1. Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds are available only for prepaid orders under specific conditions.
  • If a customer wishes to return a prepaid order, 10% of the total amount + shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during purchase.

2. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • All COD orders require a 10% advance payment + shipping charge at the time of booking.
  • This advance amount is non-refundable, even if the customer cancels or refuses delivery.
  • COD orders are confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item is shipped back to us safely (we recommend using a trackable courier service).

Please note: Refunds will not be issued for damages caused by improper handling, water exposure, perfume contact, or misuse after delivery.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewellery pieces.
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional offers.
  • Gift cards and accessories marked as “final sale.”

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
