Here’s how our order & delivery process works:


1️⃣ Place Your Order

  • Browse our exclusive collection of 92.5 Sterling Silver jewellery and add your favorites to the cart.
  • Choose between Prepaid or COD (Cash on Delivery) options at checkout.
    • COD Orders require 10% advance payment + shipping charge (non-refundable).
    • Prepaid Orders have no advance or extra conditions.

2️⃣ Order Confirmation

  • Once your payment or advance is received, your order is confirmed instantly.
  • You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order details and estimated delivery date.

3️⃣ Packaging & Dispatch

  • Every item is quality-checked, polished, and securely packed in premium Hdobariya boxes.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
  • You’ll receive a tracking ID once your order is shipped.

4️⃣ Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on your location).
  • Express Delivery: Available on request at an additional cost.
  • All parcels are shipped through trusted courier partners for safe and timely delivery.

5️⃣ Receiving Your Order

  • Please ensure someone is available to accept the package at the delivery address.
  • In case of COD orders, kindly keep the remaining payment ready in exact amount.
  • Inspect the outer package before accepting delivery — if it’s tampered, do not accept it and contact us immediately.

6️⃣ Return or Exchange (Prepaid Orders Only)

  • If you wish to return a prepaid order, you can request within 3 days of delivery.
  • A 10% deduction + shipping charge will apply as per our Refund Policy.
  • COD advance payments are non-refundable.
